I spent the last six hours of this day with watching the second season of Californication with David Duchovny as Hank Moody, the guy who lives in ‘’sea of pointless pussy”, remember?

And just to make it as short as I can: Why did they make a second season? Why? It’s not as if I had absolutely no fun at all watching it but season two is just season one with some minor changes. But it hasn’t got the originality of the first season!

I would love to hear the thoughts on this season by those that had said already about the first season that it was one-dimensional. What would they call the second one then?

The benefit season one had was the temptation of watching episode after episode in order to discover new facets of the main character, which is not the case in this new season. This makes me sad because I thought Californication had real potential but it looks as if they were just flushing it down the toilet. I mean when you look at the meaning of the plot in the first season, namely behind all the fucking around of David Duchovny, Hank Moody’s desperation brings truth and depth into the story, but that’s gone except for some shale imitation.

Season two was a development which is good and you will find that everywhere in art, no matter whether it’s painting, books, theater, music or movies, but this development goes the wrong way because it’s boring and it isn’t original any more. So it wasn’t necessary at all to make that version of the second season, except considering the money greed of Hollywood and the nonsense of ever returning sequels.

But do you know the best thing? Season three is going to be released this year! “Gosh Tina!”

Batman-Fans auf der ganzen Welt waren enttäuscht als The Hollywood Reporter die Story brachte, das Christopher Nolan’s nächstes Projekt nicht das nächste Batman Sequel, sondern ein Film namens “Inception”, sein wird. Nolan, der auch das Drehbuch schreib, beschreit es als “a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within the architecture of the mind.”

Dies wird wohl dafür sorgen das Bat-Fans sich mindestens noch ein paar Jahre auf die Fortsetzung des 2008 Box

Office Champion gedulden werden müssen. Der Dark Knight Regisseur berichtet das er plant mit dem Dreharbeiten zu “Inception” in diesem Sommer zu beginnen und denn Film 2010 zu veröffentlichen.

Ausser frage scheint aber zu stehen das Christopher Nolan noch einen Batman Film drehen möchte, wie einem der Dark Knight Produzenten, Chuck Roven, zu entnehmen ist.

Vorerst also werden wir uns wohl die nächsten Jahre mit der DVD zu Batman Begins und The Dark Knight begnügen müssen.

And “You haven’t seen war until you’ve seen it through the eyes of Quentin Tarantino.” Aber naja guckt ihn euch an und bildet selbst eine Meinung, mich hat er jetzt nicht so vom Hocker gehauen wie einst der Trailer zu Kill Bill. Waretn wir den Film ab, die Hoffnung stirbt ja bekanntlich zuletzt. Das Script lässt auf jeden Fall auf einen verdammt coolen Film hoffen!

“If it can be written, or thought, it can be filmed” sagte einst Stanley Kubrick und weil das leider in letzter Zeit viel Filmemacher zu ernst nehmen, entsteht jetzt dieser Blog. Hier werde ich Filme, die ich gucke, so gut es mir möglich ist, objektiv Analysieren und Kritisieren.

Das werden wohl meistens alte Filme sein, da in letzter Zeit echt viel Schrott produziert wird. Schlechte Stories, wie in denn Filmen von Roland Emmerich, oder hässliche CGI-Effekte, wie in Transformers, nehmen überhand und werden dann auch noch von Leuten gelobt die, so kommt es mir vor, offensichtlich ihren Verstand oder wenigsten ihren Geschmack verloren habe. Wenn Du also “The Day After Tomorrow” oder Michael Bay´s Regiehandwerk als Cineastische-Hochkunst betrachtest, solltest Du dir wohl lieber eine andere Seite suchen.

Aber für alle die ihre Zeit nicht mit schlechtem Kino vergolden wollen, werde ich hier Schreiben, welcher Film gut oder schlecht ist und auch Erklären warum. Film ist nicht nur Hollywood und es gibt vielleicht noch eine Menge tolle Geschichten, die Du noch nicht kennst, also guck doch einfach mal ab und zu vorbei.
